    When I interviewed Kenny last year to be our buyer's agent, Kenny asked me what qualities I was looking for in an agent. I said #1 good communication skills and #2 available on a moment's notice to show us a house. Kenny proved to have EXCELLENT communication skills and was always available for us to see a home or take a phone call. Kenny's response time to text messages or emails was phenomenal. Kenny proved to be a true professional with both us and with communications with the sellers agents. Kenny ended up writing offers for my wife and I on two properties. The first we decided to not get in a bidding war over after our initial offer, and the second, we decided to go for it. Kenny helped us settle on an offer price that ultimately got us our new home. Once our offer was accepted and we were in escrow, Kenny helped us negotiate seller concessions. We are extremely happy with our house and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND KENNY PATRICK for any real estate transactions.

    Wow, were do I even start with Kenny. He is absolutely amazing in every single way. It didn’t matter day or night or weekends he was there to answer any questions we had. We had problems with our lender and right away he referred me to his guy and it was smooth sailing from there! He not only made us feel so comfortable but he felt like a friend during this whole process. We found out perfect home and closed in less than a month ! Although we had personal friends who were realtors, we kept returning to Kenneth because of his exceptional work and character. Not only did he go above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor, doing extensive home research for our family's needs and being very flexible to accompany our schedule to show us homes, but he also genuinely cared about our family on a personal level and even generously helped us paint our home.
